ISSUER OF THE IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS OF THE COMPANIES LAW:

The Implementing Regulations are issued by the Ministry of Commerce except for joint-stock companies listed in the capital market, where
the Competent Authority is the Capital Market Authority. The regulatory authority is responsible for overseeing corporate governance and compliance within the jurisdiction.

WHO IS SUBJECT TO IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS OF THE COMPANIES LAW:

All entities operating as companies, including corporations, partnerships, and other forms of business entities, fall under the purview of these regulations.
