    ISSUER OF THE <\/b>TELECOMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT<\/b><\/h2>\n

    The Telecommunication and Information Technology Act is issued by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) of Saudi Arabia<\/a>. The MCIT is responsible for the overall regulation and development of the telecommunications and IT sectors within the Kingdom.<\/span><\/p>\n
